BreyerMidwest Hotel Information!

Last week, we mentioned that our host hotel for BreyerMidwest is also the same facility where all the daytime activities will be taking place, which is so exciting. 

For those that have joined us previously at Breyer events, you’ll know the host hotel is where the evening activities, the Swap Meet and the Artisans’ Gallery, take place.  At this winter’s BreyerMidwest, ALL the weekend’s activities will be taking place in the Sunflower Ballroom of the Maner Conference Center at the Hotel Topeka, including the evening activities.

For 2026, if you’re interested in staying at the host hotel, you can learn more about it and book a room using this link.  As a reminder, this is the host hotel for EquiFest of Kansas, so please reference that event when making your reservation for the event room rate. 

The Hotel Topeka has onsite restaurants, a fitness center, pool, and is just steps away from all the BreyerMidwest action all weekend long.

If you’re unable to secure a room at the Hotel Topeka, not to worry!  There are other options in the area, including the Ramada by Wyndham Topeka Downtown and the Cyrus Hotel Topeka (a Marriott property), which are both less than ten minutes away by car.  Additionally, there is no shortage of options off of Interstates 70 and 470.  Please note that none of these properties are affiliated with BreyerMidwest and do not offer special rates for the event.
