Flapjack and Waffles bring together two distinctly different equines: a thoughtful donkey and a spirited Shetland Pony. Together, they are an irresistible pair defined by contrast and connection.
Shetland Ponies hail from Scotland’s rugged Shetland Isles, where harsh weather and limited grazing produced one of the world’s toughest, smartest, and most spirited pony breeds. Compact and clever, Shetlands are well-loved as children’s ponies and – as Waffles shows – they’re full of sass and confidence. Sculpted by artist Laura Skillern-Sailer, Waffles is cantering with his thick mane and tail flying and his bright, curious personality on full display. His gorgeous silver dapple pinto coat, designed by artist Sommer Prosser, enhances every sculpted detail with depth and realism.
Flapjack, a trotting Donkey gelding, is the perfect foil to Waffles’ exuberance. With his alert, famously long ears and sure-footed movement, he embodies the intelligence, loyalty, and affectionate nature for which donkeys are known. Like Shetlands, donkeys were originally bred to endure rugged terrain and demanding conditions, so while their temperaments differ, both share deep-rooted resilience and grit. Flapjack’s reverse blue roan color is visually striking, while subtle shading highlights the sculpture’s lifelike rough coat.
As a pair, Flapjack and Waffles embody a duality that collectors are sure to love: mischievous and mellow, playful and patient. They're two small equines with outsized charm!
Each is a hand-painted work of art in Breyer’s Traditional 1:9 scale, crafted with the exquisite detail and artistry that are the hallmarks of the Premier Collection. No two sets are exactly alike, making every Flapjack and Waffles pair a true original.

Original Terms & Conditions:
To join the Premier Club, you must have a valid 2026 Collector Club membership, and sign up online by 11:59pm EST on December 31, 2025, with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. This program is a continuity club, which means you are obligated to purchase three exclusive models. Models will be $195.00 each, with free shipping on domestic orders. Canadian and International orders are plus shipping and handling. These will be billed when you purchase your models. Models ship in approximately May, August, and November 2026. Shipment dates may be affected due to circumstances outside of our control. Non-refundable $100 deposit due at signup, which will be deducted equally from the price of each model at the time of billing ($33.34/model). When models are in stock and ready to ship, members will be notified via email with a link to complete their purchase online. NO other method of payment will be accepted. Failure to complete the required purchases means you will no longer be eligible to purchase future releases, enjoy other club benefits, and will forfeit your deposit and be removed from the Premier Club.
Please note: Reeves International, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time and refund the applicable pro-rated deposit or membership amount. If member elects to cancel their membership, deposit and membership fees are non-refundable.
