Attention all HD Harkness and Trivia Fans!

HD Harkness fans and general horse trivia buffs, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Join Harkness and his owners, Mary Chris and Martin Foxworthy, for a fun round of equine-themed trivia. With questions ranging from general horse knowledge to horses in history, this game will have you on the edge of your seats as two teams battle it out for the bragging rights! Hark and his owners are looking for four teams of four people to come into the arena and participate in this trivia game.

HD Harkness’s trivia demo will happen on Friday July 11 from 4:40pm-4:55pm and Saturday July 12 from 12:40pm-12:55pm. If you and three horse crazy friends feel up to the challenge, please read on to learn how to sign up your team.

How to sign up for Hark’s Trivia Demo:

1.     Gather a team of 4 people and designate 1 person as the team leader. All members of the team must be attending BreyerFest in person.

a.       Please note that this demonstration will be taking place in the Covered Arena and participants must be able to get themselves to the center of the ring without assistance from Breyer Staff. Terrain will be uneven and take place on sand. Participants will be sitting on folding chairs at tables and must be able to sit for the duration of the demonstration. Participants must be able to follow and understand directions of HD Harkness’s owners and Breyer Staff. Closed toed shoes will be required to go into the arena. All team members will be required to sign a waiver of liability before going into the arena.

2.     The team leader will send ONE email to marychris.equifit@gmail.com that includes the name of their team (names of teams must be family friendly and appropriate to the audience), all four members names and ages, and which day the team would like to participate in (choose either Friday or Saturday not both). If all team members are under the age of 18 a parent/guardian must send the email on your behalf.

3.      Sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis. To be considered, team leaders must include all the correct information in the email. Selected teams will be notified before BreyerFest by Mary Chris Foxworthy with further instructions.
