Jersey!
No, not that one.
The Bailiwick of Jersey is located off the coast of Normandy, France, and is a self-governing Channel Island under the dependency of the British Crown – but it is NOT a part of the United Kingdom. This island’s recorded history extends back 1,000 years, but the island is home to archaeological sites (including several dolmens) that date back to the Neolithic period. Archaeological evidence from the Roman period, including the remains of a temple, has also been found.
For our first Single-Day Stablemates model, we are thrilled to reveal our Jersey! Our Walking Thoroughbred (mold #5735) was sculpted by Breyer’s own Heather Puleo (a NEW Jersey native), and is certainly bold and brave! This fine steed will take you drag hunting across the rolling hills of the British Isles and has been finished in a bright flaxen chestnut with chrome to spare and is topped off with a high-gloss finish.
Single-Day tickets will be on sale soon and we’ve got so many more reveals in store for you this week!
