Live Auction History Made!

Needless to say, we had quite a few surprises up our sleeve for the BreyerFest 2022 Live Auction! The BreyerFest: Prost! Live Auction was held on Saturday, July 16th in the beautiful Hall of Champions at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Our lucky Breyer fans were in for a treat as they watched the 21 beautiful, test run models be auctioned off by our fantastic auctioneer Dana Balsamo and Breyer's Stephanie Macejko. All in all we raised about $270,000 for our BreyerFest Beneficiaries all thanks to our generous fans!

As you might have heard, this was a record-breaking year! It was also the first time the Live Auction was held in a hybrid (both in-person and online) format, which allowed for more bidders to participate.

Breyer Auction history was made during Lot 19. The Glossy Silver Dun Pegasus went for an incredible $65,000! This topped previous all-time high from 2019, when the Glossy Sooty Dappled Buckskin Sabino Pinto Alborozo went for $22,000.

The second highest-earning model to be auctioned off also broke Alborozo’s 2019 price as well. The Glossy Metallic Blue In-Between Mare and Proud Arabian Foal (Lot 21) went for $23,000!
