Summer Breyer Fun Day at the World Equestrian Center!
Meet a relative of Surfer's Riptide and more at WEC on Saturday, May 17th!
The Isle of Skye is the largest and northernmost of the Inner Hebrides of Scotland and its rocky, sloping geography provides some of the most incredible scenery in the country. Occupied since the Mesolithic, this island was home to many Pictish tribes during the Iron Age and was dominated by the Norse between the 9th and 13th centuries. The Isle of Skye has a history as rocky as its coastline!
Our Skye has been done on the Cantering Morgan (mold #5739), sculpted by Laura Skillern-Sailer, and is making his second appearance ever! Dressed up in a luscious silver black and a high-gloss finish, his unique color is due to the silver gene over a black base coat, which lightens the mane and tail to a near flaxen color and turns the body a rich chocolate instead of pure black.
We hope you think he’s as handsome as we do! Keep your eyes on the BreyerFest Blog!
