Special Run Preference Form Information

All-Access Special Run Preference Forms

• All-Access ticket holders may purchase up to two (2) Special Run models per All-Access ticket purchased.
• Guests who purchase their All-Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline on June 4th at 12:00pm EDT will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form.
  • Models will be assigned to these ticket holders based on their preferences and model availability, determined by their place in the virtual line.
  • Accounts with multiple tickets can either submit individual preference lists for each ticket, or one master list to be used across all tickets on the account.
  • Ticket holders will be emailed scannable Master QR codes that contain the tickets to the Special Run models which can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest to pick up your models.
  • Models must be paid for at BreyerFest.
• All-Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets after the preference form deadline will receive “Wild Card” Special Run tickets as a part of their scannable Master QR codes, which can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest.
  • “Wild Card” Special Run tickets are each good for one Special Run model from remaining available inventory. Not all options may be available, but with so many beautiful models to choose from, there is sure to be something everyone will enjoy.

Where do I go to get my Special Run Models?

Head over to the Special Run Line tent to pick up and purchase your Special Run Models. If you have reservation tickets head over to the All-Access Reservation Line to redeem your QR codes. If you have wild card tickets look for the All-Access Wild Card line to redeem your models. 

How do I get my models with my digital tickets?

You can either print your tickets at home and present paper tickets to BreyerFest staff to scan or you can add them to your phone’s wallet and have them scanned off your phone. Screenshots are also an option! Since each QR code is unique, any of these methods is perfectly acceptable to redeem your tickets.

Can I trade my Special Run Tickets?

We DO NOT recommend trading QR codes with other BreyerFest attendees. Each Master QR code is unique and contains all of your ticket components to BreyerFest.  Once scanned for a particular item, they cannot be scanned again for the same item. There is no way of knowing if a QR code has been scanned, so we discourage guests from trading tickets.  If you are looking to trade we recommend trading actual models, not tickets.

Online Traditional Special Run Preference Forms

• Online Traditional Access ticket holders may purchase two (2) Special Run models per Online Traditional Access ticket purchased, from a limited selection of models being offered to this ticket group. 
• Guests who purchase their Online Traditional Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline on June 4th at 12:00pm EDT will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form.
  • Models will be assigned to these ticket holders based on their preferences and model availability, determined by their place in the virtual line.
  • Accounts with multiple tickets can either submit individual preference lists for each ticket, or one master list to be used across all tickets on the account.
  • Models must be paid for during BreyerFest weekend.
• Online Traditional Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets after the preference form deadline will have models randomly assigned to their accounts for purchase during BreyerFest weekend.

How do I get my models BreyerFest Weekend?

Once the BreyerFest online store opens up on Friday July 11th you can click on the big banner that says Get Your Special Runs and it will show you your allocated models. Simply add the models you wish to purchase to your cart and check out!
