Ok thanks for the help. This is my first year doing BreyerFest and I have read the booklet they published. I just have missed the part of the preference forms not coming out till June.

Don’t worry, every one, preference sheets will be available sometime in June. This way All -access ticket holders can still select the models they want so that breyer can send and email those QR codes via email from our accounts when you purchase the tickets.

I thought when you purchase a virtual ticket, you get to fill out the form to pick out what special runs you want. When I went to buy my ticket nothing popped up about the special runs. How do I select the ones that I wanted?

Sorry all – I found the answer to my question above over on the FAQ page – sounds like there will be a form sent to All-Access ticket purchasers in June for SR and LE preferences:

All-Access ticket holders may purchase up to two (2) Special Run models per All-Access ticket purchased, whether you submit a preference form in June or not.

Guests who purchase their All-Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline in June will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form:

Models will be assigned to these ticket holders based on their preferences and model availability, determined by their place in the virtual line. Accounts with multiple tickets can either submit individual preference lists for each ticket, or one master list to be used across all tickets on the account. Special Run Redemption tickets with be emailed in the form of scannable QR codes that can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest. Models must be paid for at BreyerFest.

All-Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets after the preference form deadline will receive “Wild Card” Special Run tickets in the form of scannable QR codes, which can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest. “Wild Card” Special Run tickets are each good for one Special Run model from remaining available inventory. Not all options may be available, but with so many beautiful models to choose from, there is sure to be something everyone will enjoy.

All in-person ticket holders will all have access to the Limited Edition models during BreyerFest weekend. Guests may purchase a limit of one (1) of each item per transaction, but there is no limit on the number of transactions you may make over the course of the weekend.

I know ticketing has changed significantly this year so maybe I missed this piece too. Last year, All-Access ticket folks were prompted to select their (optional) Limited Editions and Special Runs (like I did for the VIP ticket). This year I was not prompted to make any horse selections for our All-Access tickets. How do All-Access ticket holders acquire LEs and SRs this year? First come, first served at BreyerFest? Or will there be a way for All Access holders to reserve desired models again this year at some point?
