Fans first met this model as the first release of the Breyer Premier Club in 2023, but if you’re not a member and you’re registered for this year’s BreyerWest Open Show, you have a chance to add this handsome boy to your herd!

Canción’s name is, fittingly, Spanish for “song.” Jennifer Scott of Aspen Leaf Studios is the creative force behind this model’s creation. As a lifelong artist and horsewoman, she has always been inspired by the equine world. Jennifer created Canción as a picturesque Paso Fino stallion – his attentive gaze is accentuated by a large, cresty neck and a billowing mane and tail. She also designed his bright chestnut coat, which brings out every tiny detail of this stunning sculpture. 

Canción will be this year’s BreyerWest Open Show Reserve Grand Champion prize model and as an added twist, winners will randomly receive either a matte version or a glossy version of this handsome model.
