Swap Meet | BreyerMidwest 2026

The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery will be located in the same space as all other BreyerMidwest activities taking place over the weekend – the Sunflower Ballroom of the Maner Conference Center at the Hotel Topeka – and will take place January 24, 2026 from 7pm to 10 pm.  Only one seller per table will be permitted. 

Tables are $40 each and will be 8 feet long.  Each table includes two chairs and a black table cover.  If you would like to be placed near another seller, please email Kathryn at kmcdermott@reevesintl.com to make these arrangements by January 5, 2026.  A separate email requesting this information will not be sent to registered sellers to make these arrangements; please be proactive in your request. 

What is permitted to be sold at the Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery?

·       Older or vintage Breyer or BreyerFest models

o   Sale of this year’s BreyerMidwest Event model or the 2026 Breyer Ambassador model is strictly prohibited, as is the pre-sale of models that have not yet been released by Breyer.

·       Tack, accessories, props, pony pouches, & dolls, either artisan made or re-sale Breyer

·       Original artist resins, medallions, 3D prints, sculpture, and flat art

The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery is not open to Breyer retailers, only individual sellers and artists. 

Set up for the Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery will be from 6 pm to 7 pm on Saturday evening, immediately before the Swap Meet begins.  We appreciate your cooperation with this.
