Spring has sprung, and as the temperatures warm up it’s the perfect time for some dressage! Many prestigious dressage competitions take place this time of year, such as the FEI Dressage World Cup which was just held in Leipzig, Germany. For our second coloring contest of 2022, we’re challenging our entrants to “dress up” this dancing dressage horse! Entries can be colored in using any physical art medium, including crayons, colored pencils, markers, and paints. Be sure to read the full instructions under “How to Enter” and the Official Rules before submitting your entry!
Big news! Due to the overwhelming number of entries and the talent we’ve seen on display in our recent coloring contests, we are expanding the number of prizes offered! For this contest, prizes will be awarded to the top three entries in each of our age categories!
Our prize for this contest is a glittering Breyer collectible: the Gold Valegro (item #1783; estimated retail value (ERV) $59.99 USD)! Released as a limited edition after his outstanding achievements at the 2016 Rio Olympics, these pieces are now retired and are a stunning memento of one of the greatest dressage horses of modern times. (Please note that these models will be shipped out of their packaging in bubble wrap. Original boxes are not included.)
