A Reminder About Model Swaps

The fun is already starting at the Clarion and the Alltech Arena today but tomorrow kicks off the official start of BreyerFest weekend at the KHP and we ARE SO EXCITED!!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park Friday morning and we know fans are so excited to get their hands on this year’s Special Runs and Limited editions, so we wanted to remind you to trade safely!

We do not recommend you trade or purchase QR codes from any guest, even if you know them, if you are trying to get your hands on a specific Special Run model.  Once that QR code has been scanned for an item, it cannot be scanned again by BreyerFest staff for that same item.  If you are looking for a model that you were not assigned as a part of your ticket package, we recommend trading actual models and not tickets.

A special area of BreyerFest has been set aside for this activity, so head there for your model trading needs!  The grassy area along Nina Bonnie Blvd, behind the Event Model Handout tent, is the place to go for your model swaps during BreyerFest weekend.

As a reminder, there are no sales permitted within the footprint of BreyerFest (any area you can see on the event map in the program is in the footprint of BreyerFest) by unauthorized sellers and you will be asked to leave by BreyerFest staff if you are seen selling anything.  We appreciate your cooperation.  If you have any questions about this, you can email breyerfest@reevesintl.com. 

Please observe posted signage so that you’re trading your Special Run models in the correct spot.
