Summer Breyer Fun Day at the World Equestrian Center!
Meet a relative of Surfer's Riptide and more at WEC on Saturday, May 17th!
We’ve had this year’s awesome workshop schedule posted for ages, which you can review here, but before we put workshops on sale in a few weeks, we wanted to go over some important information with folks. A lot of this is already posted on the workshops page, but we wanted to go into a little more detail to ensure everyone’s purchase process is as seamless as possible.
First – workshops are open to VIP and All-Access ticket holders only. This means that if you are purchasing workshops, you must have a corresponding number of these ticket types that equals the number of people you are registering.
· For example, if you have one VIP ticket, you cannot register two people for a VIP-only workshop, you can only register one person. Similarly, if you have one All-Access ticket and three General Admission tickets, you cannot register four people for a class, you can only register one person. All registrants must have the correct ticket type to participate – accounts are checked and refunds will be issued if needed.
Other important notes:
· Please remember to input each participant’s name into the name fields, even if you are just registering yourself, and to increase the quantity if you are registering more than one person.
o If you include multiple names in the fields, but do not increase the quantity, and the session sells out, only the name of the first participant will be added to the session roster.
· Sessions are designed for kids aged 7 and older (unless specifically an adult class, where noted) and the classroom spaces do not have room to accommodate “chaperone” adults. If you would like to participate in a session with your child, you must register two people and have two of the correct ticket types to participate (VIP or All-Access, as noted above).
o We have a friends & family lounge area where you can wait for your child while they participate in their workshop. Our feeling is, if your child is old enough to be sent off to school without you, they will do just fine in any of our classes on their own for a couple of hours. Our instructors are great with learners of all ages and look forward to hosting your child in their class.
· All but one of the Thursday morning sessions is a duplicate that has another class taking place one of the other three days of BreyerFest weekend. If you register for a Thursday class that has a duplicate, you cannot register for the other session taking place another day of the weekend.
o For example, if you register for Coffee & Canvases on Thursday morning you cannot also register for Pinots & Pintos on Friday afternoon – these are the same class and complete the same project.
· Please be sure you review this year’s schedule here and make a plan for yourself before registration opens. If you’re registered for a model horse show, you can’t also take workshops happening on that same day, and you don’t want to accidentally register yourself for classes that are happening at the same time.
BreyerFest workshops do sell out quickly, but we do maintain waiting lists for sessions. Just email BreyerFest@reevesintl.com to be added to any session’s waiting list if you aren't able to purchase a seat initially. Do not contact Customer Service.
Workshops will be going on sale in a few weeks and we will make an announcement before they are available for purchase. In the meantime, make sure you have your tickets, which can be purchased here.
