Special Run Model Splits Revealed!
If you were one of this year’s VIP, All-Access, or Online Traditional Access ticket holders, you were able to purchase this year’s beautiful Special Run Models. To celebrate Breyer’s 75th Anniversary, we made sure to throw in lots of fun surprises in the Special Run models this year! What’s the breakdown on the variations? Wonder no more!
To The Ties That Bind Us
This year our decorator model wore three different colors! He was a 50/50 split of vintage decorator colors, a lovely matte Wedgewood Blue (1,063 pieces) and a glossy Gold Charm (1,062 pieces). To celebrate 75 years, we also snuck in a micro run of 75 pieces of this handsome Silver mold…in silver!
YOLO
Our Vanner model was a 50/50 split between a solid dapple grey (1,163 pieces) and a dapple grey sabino with an adorable belly spot (1,162 pieces). The micro run of 75 pieces we snuck in to this run was done in a gorgeous glossy silver holographic paint, with black points.
Future is Bright
The Criollo Stallion made his first appearance after his Premier Club debut with a new mane! 75% of the run for this Special Run model had flowing locks (1,650 pieces), and 25% had the traditional roached mane (550 pieces).
Get This Party Started
10 years since the last time she was a BreyerFest Special Run, our lovely Connemara Mare made an appearance again in 3 different coat colors. The run was a 50/50 split between a frame overo piebald (1,113 pieces) and frame overo buckskin (1,112 pieces). Plus, a secret micro run of 75 pieces done in a glossy metallic blue frame overo!
Let the Good Times Roll
This handsome sooty buckskin leopard appaloosa was a 50/50 split between a glossy finish with a loose mane and tail (1,250 pieces), and a matte finish with a braided mane and tail (1,250 pieces).
Hoopla
This year’s online exclusive Limited Edition Traditional scale model was done on the handsome Bristol mold in a stunning dapple bay tobiano with a loose mane and came in both matte and glossy, with 75% of the run being matte (2,250 pieces), and 25% glossy (750 pieces)!
Shindig
What’s a little shindig without some fun? Our online Limited Edition Stablemates model Shindig was created on the Giorgio mold and came almost entirely in a shaded grey sabino (2,925 pieces), but a sprinkling of just 75 pieces were done as a glossy metallic blue, purple, and orange sabino!
And to confirm, just in case fans were curious, there were no surprise variations on Life’s a Journey, Good Times and Great Friends, or Hats Off To You.
