The End of an Era!

The End of an Era!

This is it, fans! We are just 24 teeny hours away from BreyerFest tickets being officially on sale and are thrilled to reveal our final Limited Edition model for 2023’s celebration of BreyerFest: Driving Forward! If you missed any of this year’s beautiful reveals, you can catch up here, on the Exclusive Models page.

Buggies are light, simple, two-person carriages drawn by one or two horses that have been in use since the late 18th century. These could either have two or four wheels, depending on their country of manufacture, and most had fold-down tops. Until mass production of automobiles made cars affordable for everyone, the buggy was the most common method of transportation for the everyday person.

Still the method of transportation for the Amish, Mennonites, and other Anabaptists, the buggy remains simple, useful, and iconic to this day.

Our Buggy has been done in Stablemates scale as a beautiful shaded bay roan blanket appaloosa with a handsome glossy finish on Josine Vingerling’s Standing Friesian mold, #5729, also known as Django.

Like the Traditional scale model Studebaker that was revealed yesterday, this model is also a part of this year’s Limited Edition lineup, but will only be available for guests to purchase online BreyerFest weekend. This model is available for all ticket holders to purchase, but VIP ticket holders will not be able to pre-purchase this model as a part of their VIP ticket package.

As a reminder, all BreyerFest tickets will be on sale tomorrow, February 1st, at 1 PM eastern time. You can read all the ticket information here before the official on-sale tomorrow.

As well, we posted our From the Horse's Mouth Guide to BreyerFest yesterday, so if you've got questions, you can find your answers there! (The Guide to Virtual BreyerFest will be live soon!)

OMG! He is gorgeous! This year I am bringing my laptop that way I can remind myself to purchase the online LMs! I forgot to go online last year in order to buy the Rhenish Draft, and now I am having regrets! OH Well, that is why I am going to the Clarion to hunt him down! lol! I may get this stablemate for sure this time around! Good job Breyer!

Wow, so much like the 2018 mystery horse surprise model they could almost be twins even though this one is glossy. Doing it in another color, even as an appaloosa, would have been better. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosey.

He’s STUNNING. Will definitely be getting him! Hopefully we can order more than 1, as I’d love to have a couple to pick between (or just keep both XD) For anyone confused, and asking whether he’s online/in-person, he is ONLINE ONLY! You have to login to your Breyer account and access the store online to make your purchase – he is NOT AVAILABLE IN-PERSON. Thank you Breyer for another amazing model release ❤
