Where Do I Get My Models At BreyerFest?

BreyerFest is only a few short weeks away and to make sure everyone knows where they are heading for the models they are after, we wanted to post this quick refresher so that everyone heads to the right spot at the KHP.

First, if you want to head to the BreyerFest Store for those coveted Limited Edition models as your first stop either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning, your journey starts outside the gates of BreyerFest on the RED line below. 

This line goes from the entrance to BreyerFest and wraps down the sidewalk past the gates to the Visitor Information Center.  Please note that only 300 numbers are distributed in the morning for first access to the BreyerFest store, so if you miss out on Friday, definitely try again one of the other days of the weekend.  Models are re-stocked each morning of BreyerFest at the KHP.

Once you’re in, there is signage directing guests to the tent that holds the line for people looking to get into the BreyerFest Store.  The line is in the Walnut Schooling Ring, across the road from the entrance to the Covered Arena.

Guests will be admitted in groups to go up the driveway to the BreyerFest Store, which is on the concourse of the Covered Arena.

If you’re looking to get your Special Run models, you can head past the line tent for the BreyerFest Store to the Annex Lunging Ring, home of the Special Run Line Tent, which houses VIP, All-Access with Reservations, and All-Access with Wild Card Special Runs.

VIP ticket holders can grab their whole VIP box at this tent, which holds their Celebration Horse, 4-pack of Event Stablemates models, all 9 Special Run models, and pin.

If you’re an All-Access ticket holder, please pay special attention to the overhead signage at the Special Run Line Tent to make sure you’re in the correct line for your ticket type.

All-Access, Fan, and General Admission ticket holders can take a quick jaunt to the other side of the arena from the Special Run Line Tent to pick up their event models – either your Corgi Hill Flinka Celebration Horse or your Event Stablemates models, depending on your ticket type and when you purchased those tickets.

If you’re joining us online this year, all your event models will be shipped to you after the event, but please keep in mind that the online store where Limited Editions are sold is NOT re-stocked each day like the in-person BreyerFest store is.
