Throw a BreyerFest Watch Party!
Celebrate "Midsummer Fair" with an at-home bash for your friends and family!
We hope that you are just as excited about this year’s incredible lineup of in-person workshops at BreyerFest as we are! This year’s instructors went above and beyond to tie their sessions into our fun Scandinavian-inspired theme and Breyer thanks each and every one of them for their incredible efforts!
If you haven’t seen this year’s schedule, you can find it here and, as a reminder, you must be either a VIP or All-Access ticket holder to participate in these sessions – so if you don’t have your tickets yet and you want to take one of these sessions, you can get your tickets here.

Some fun notes about this year’s offerings:
· There are FIVE unique classes that cover the topic of Dala horses. Each instructor is tackling the topic in their own creative way, so no two of these projects will be alike.
· There are FIVE classes that are related to concepts in Norse mythology, including two fun takes on the Julbock tradition!
· We are offering an awesome two-part session that will take place on both Friday and Saturday mornings (more on that below).
· None of this year’s sessions repeat during the weekend! That means there are 36 different classes taking place this year, including GLOW on Saturday evening at the Clarion Hotel.

So, let’s get into the details.
· As we mentioned above, workshops are only open to VIP and All-Access ticket holders. This means that if you are purchasing workshops, you must have purchased a corresponding number of these ticket types on your account that equals the number of people you are registering.
o For example, if you have one VIP ticket, you cannot register two people for a VIP-only workshop – you can only register one person. Similarly, if you have one All-Access ticket and three General Admission tickets, you cannot register four people for a class, you can only register one person. All registrants must have the correct ticket type to participate – accounts are checked and refunds will be issued if needed.
· Please remember to input each participant’s name into the name fields, even if you are just registering yourself, and to increase the quantity if you are registering more than one person.
o If you include multiple names in the fields, but do not increase the quantity, and the session sells out, only the name of the first participant will be added to the session roster.
· This year’s two-part class taught by Steph Blaylock will be listed under the FRIDAY workshops on the registration page. Registration in the Friday class automatically registers you in the second part on Saturday. If you cannot attend both the Friday and Saturday classes, please do not register for this session.
· Sessions are designed for kids aged 7 and older (unless specifically an adult class, where noted) and the classroom spaces do not have room to accommodate “chaperone” adults. If you would like to participate in a session with your child, you must register two people and have two of the correct ticket types to participate (VIP or All-Access, as noted above).
o We have a friends & family lounge area within the South Expo Hall where you can wait for your child while they participate in their workshop. Our feeling is, if your child is old enough to be sent off to school without you, they will do just fine in any of our classes on their own for a couple of hours. Our instructors are great with learners of all ages and look forward to hosting your child in their class.
Please be sure you review this year’s schedule here and make a plan for yourself before registration opens. If you’re registered for a model horse show, you can’t also take workshops happening on that same day, and you don’t want to accidentally register yourself for classes that are happening at the same time.
BreyerFest workshops do sell out quickly, but we do maintain waiting lists for sessions. Just email BreyerFest@reevesintl.com to be added to any session’s waiting list. Do not contact Breyer Customer Service. Only requests sent to BreyerFest@reevesintl.com will be added to the waiting lists for sessions.
Workshops will be going on sale in a few weeks and we will make an announcement before they are available for purchase. In the meantime, make sure you have your tickets, which can be purchased here!
For those curious about this year’s Virtual Workshop offerings, those classes will be posted, along with their supply lists, later in May.
