Be A BreyerMidwest Volunteer!

Are you interested in volunteering at BreyerMidwest?

Volunteers are a critical part of the success of our event! We need dedicated, hardworking volunteers to assist with Stablemates painting, as well as other needs throughout the weekend. (Model Horse Show Judges and Stewards, Guest Artists, and Workshop Instructors are selected ahead of time and not part of the open call for volunteers.)

All volunteer spots are full-day commitments. Compensation from Breyer as a thank you will be one (1) Breyer Ambassador model, which will be a run of approximately 375 pieces done in three colorways and will be randomly selected for you.  Only two of the three color options will be available at BreyerMidwest.  This will be the same model that any volunteer who assists at a Breyer-sponsored event in 2026 will receive, whether you are assisting with BreyerMidwest, BreyerFest, Breyer Boot Camp, or another event.

If you are interested in participating in other BreyerMidwest activities during the weekend, please do not check the day that activity takes place under the “Availability” section.  For example, even if you’re just looking at one workshop, since volunteer commitments are full days, you would not be able to be a volunteer on Saturday, and would only be available Friday and Sunday.

Applications will be accepted until November 24, 2025.  Volunteers will be notified on or before December 12^th, 2025.  We look forward to hearing from you!
