How to Draw Horse Manes and Tails

How to Draw Horse Manes and Tails

with Sacha Phariss of Phariss Horses

Each Breyer design begins its life as a sketch, whether it be the intricate design of each year’s Holiday Horse or the next concept for the Premier Collection. For our first Collector Club Workshop of 2024, accomplished artist equine artist Sacha Phariss gives tips and tricks to create beautiful and dynamic sketches with luscious manes and tails. She has provided three different horse head sketches to get you started, so no prior drawing experience is necessary.

If you’ve missed out on participating in her drawing classes at BreyerFest, then now is your chance to learn some of Sacha's techniques for bringing your horse drawing to life!
