On November 18th, we are giving up our beds for one night to support homeless youth.
Breyer has been supporting Covenant House since 2011. The Sleep Out raises funds and awareness, and offers hope that youth facing homelessness can sleep safely and receive much-needed support to transition to independent living.
What is a Sleep Out? A Sleep Out is a Covenant House fundraiser that helps raise awareness of the plights that many homeless youth face. Participants are encouraged to sleep outside for the night (or any place other than their own comfy bed). By giving up your own bed, the funds you raise will help a homeless youth have one of their own.
Covenant House is more than just a shelter. Young people are welcomed with unconditional love and essential services designed to help them transition from homelessness to independent futures. As part of Covenant House’s mental health care work, Breyer is proud to support their Equine Coaching program.
You can be part of the solution for youth overcoming homelessness by making a donation to the Breyer Employee Sleep Out Team, or join us as a member of the Breyer Fan Community Team. Covenant House has been so impressed by the support from the Breyer Community that they will be matching every donation raised by the Fan Community Team dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000!
We are also offering fans a chance to purchase a special Team Breyer Sleep Out shirt - each purchase includes a $10 donation to Covenant House NJ. You can preorder these shirts anytime through Friday, November 19th, and orders will be fulfilled in December 2021.
