You won’t find a larger gathering of horse crazy fans than at BreyerFest! If you’re a retailer or business owner and you’d like a tradeshow booth in the center of all the action at the Kentucky Horse Park, the Vendor Marketplace is the place for you! Participants are welcome to sell jewelry, art, books, gifts, housewares, clothing, accessories, tack (for model horses or real ones), toys, older or retired Breyer product, etc. Products are not required to be equine-themed, but it is encouraged. Apparel and accessories are not permitted to be Breyer- or BreyerFest-branded. Only one seller per application/booth space is permitted.
Applicants seeking a double booth space can apply for spaces in the 200s, 300s, or 500s.
Applicants seeking only a single booth can apply for spaces in the 100s, 400s, or 500s.
Booth spaces in the 500s are outside the Covered Arena in a tented space and are double the size of the interior booth spaces. A single tented booth is 10’ x 20’ and a double tented booth is 20’ x 20’.
Applications to sell in the Vendor Marketplace must be received by April 15, 2024. All submissions will be reviewed after this date. Confirmations will be emailed out after April 22, 2024. All applicants are required to submit at least two photos showcasing the items they will be selling with their applications. Online applications only; please do not mail in your application or images. Please email your application to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to send a check as your payment, please email Kathryn at email@example.com prior to doing so. Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance into the Vendor Marketplace.
Accepted participants will be listed in the BreyerFest® Program but can choose to add on a virtual listing option so their online shops can be visible to our virtual guests during BreyerFest.
