Learn to Pastel!

Saturday at BreyerMidwest is all about workshops – rolling up our sleeves, getting crafty, and having a good time with friends!

We are excited to start announcing our 2025 BreyerMidwest workshops lineup, starting with the incredible Stephanie Blaylock, who will be hosting Pastelling Duns!

You might know artist Stephanie Blaylock from the stunning pattern she created for the 2020 Premier Club release, Vermeer, or you might have had the opportunity to sit in on her Fleabites! Workshop at BreyerFest this past summer. 

For BreyerMidwest, Stephanie will be teaching students how to pastel a realistic dun color on a Stablemates model.  In this class, participants will learn the basic application of pastels onto a model and tips and tricks about the process.  This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.  Attendees will be receiving the Breyer Stablemates Indian Pony model to use for this session.

This class will be hosted on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.  This class does conflict with other offerings, so be sure to read workshop information carefully before you register!  Attendees cannot register for overlapping classes.
