Sell at BreyerMidwest!

On Saturday evening at the host hotel, BreyerMidwest activities are still going strong!  In addition to the daytime activities at EquiFest of Kansas, like the live hobby demos and workshops, Saturday evening features our combined Swap Meet and Artisans’ Gallery!

The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery will be located in the Sunflower Ballroom of our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Salina and will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 7pm to 10 pm and registration for this will open in December when event registrations go on sale.  Tables are limited to one per seller and are 6' long by about 30" deep.

You do not need to be a registered BreyerMidwest participant to shop – shopping in the Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery are open to anyone!

What is permitted to be sold at the Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery?

• Older or vintage Breyer, BreyerFest, or other Breyer event models
  • Sale of the 2025 BreyerMidwest Event model or the 2025 Breyer Ambassador model is prohibited, as is pre-sale of models that have not yet been released by Breyer.  
• Tack, accessories, pony pouches, & dolls, either artisan made or re-sale
• Original artist resins, medallions, 3D prints, sculpture, and flat art

The BreyerMidwest Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery is not open to Breyer retailers, only individual sellers and artists.  If you have any questions about what items may be sold or who can participate, please email events@reevesintl.com.

Set up for the Swap Meet & Artisans’ Gallery will be from 6 pm to 7 pm on Saturday evening, immediately before the Swap Meet begins.  We appreciate your cooperation with this.
