ALL BreyerFest tickets will be on sale in February 2026.  All ticket types will be first come, first served.  The purchase of VIP tickets will be limited to a maximum of one per cart, but not limited by account or address.

Yes. All ticket buyers must have an account on BreyerHorses.com prior to purchasing their tickets to ensure their account has access to the event, even if you are attending onsite.  Creating an account is FREE and EASY and you can do so here.

If you are buying tickets for your family or a group of friends, only the buyer needs a BreyerHorses.com account, but only that account will have access to virtual content or shopping. If you would like multiple people in your family to have access to virtual content or shopping, they will each need to have their own BreyerHorses.com account and purchase their tickets on them.

No, there is no shipping charge for BreyerFest tickets so long as they are the only item(s) in your cart. Do not purchase any other items when you are purchasing your BreyerFest tickets, or you will be charged for shipping accordingly.

BreyerFest tickets are electronic!

No tickets will be physically mailed. Buyers will receive an email for each ticket they purchase that contains their one master QR code for all items related to that ticket.

So, if you purchase a VIP ticket, you will receive one master QR code that can be redeemed for your admission to the Kentucky Horse Park, your Celebration Model, your Event Stablemates 4-pack, and all 9 of your pre-paid Special Run models.

If you purchase an All-Access ticket, your one master QR code will work for your event admission, your Celebration Model, your Event Stablemates model if you purchased before February 27th (or while supplies last), and your two Special Run models (either reservations or Wild Card depending on when you purchased your tickets).

If you purchase a Fan ticket, your one master QR code will work for your event admission and your Celebration Model.

If you purchase a General Admission ticket, your master QR code will work for your event admission and your Event Stablemates model.

If you ordered multiple tickets or multiple types of tickets on the same account, you will receive an email for EACH TICKET you purchase.  If you order tickets on multiple accounts with different email addresses, your tickets will be emailed to the email address associated with each account.

The QR code can be scanned multiple times for admission as you enter and exit the Kentucky Horse Park grounds each day of BreyerFest.

You can either print your tickets at home and present them to BreyerFest staff to scan, or you can add them to your phone’s digital wallet and have them scanned from your phone. Screenshots are also an option! Since each master QR code is unique to the person presenting it, any of these methods are perfectly acceptable to redeem your tickets.  Once a code is scanned for a particular item, it cannot be scanned again for that item.

No, guests who purchase their tickets on site at the Kentucky Horse Park will not be tagged for access to virtual components of BreyerFest, including the virtual BreyerFest store and online-only Limited Editions. If you would like to have access to BreyerFest virtual content, please be sure to purchase your tickets online.

Yes, ALL ticket types, except tickets bought on site at the Kentucky Horse Park during the event, will have access to BreyerFest virtual content and shopping.

We DO NOT recommend trading QR codes with other BreyerFest attendees. Each master QR code is unique and cannot be scanned multiple times for the same item. There is no way of knowing if a QR code has been scanned, so we discourage guests from trading tickets.  If you are looking to trade we recommend trading actual models rather than tickets.

Prices below include processing fees.

• All BreyerFest tickets include admission for all three days of the event.
• General Admission tickets will be on sale in February 2026 alongside all other BreyerFest tickets
• Event Stablemates models for General Admission ticket holders are “Gambler’s Choice” (randomly selected) and must be picked up at BreyerFest, or they will be forfeited.  Your tickets will be emailed, which will include model redemption tickets in the form of one unique scannable QR code. 

The activities of BreyerFest in the area in and around the Covered Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park will be open to guests as follows:

• Friday, July 10 – 9 am to 5 pm
• Saturday, July 11 – 9 am to 5 pm
• Sunday, July 12 – 9 am to 4 pm

Evening activities at the Clarion Hotel will open to guests as follows:

• Thursday, July 9 – 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm
• Friday, July 10 – 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm
• Saturday, July 11 – 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm

BreyerFest will host both the Diorama Contest and Best Customs Contest again in 2026. More information about both contests can be found on the Contests Page.

The BreyerFest 5K will not take place in 2026.

• Breakables – Thursday, July 9, 2026 in the expanded Lexington/Keenland rooms at the Clarion Hotel (Newtown Pike)
• Open Show – Thursday, July 9 and Friday, July 10, 2026 in the North Expo Hall of the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park
• Children’s and Youth Show – Saturday, July 11, 2026 in the North Expo Hall of the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park

Workshops will take place on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of BreyerFest weekend and will be hosted in the South Expo Hall of the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park. 

VIP and All-Access ticket holders will have access to purchase workshops in the spring. VIP ticket holders will also have exclusive access to select workshops.

You may also visit our Hands-on Hobby tent to learn more about what the model horse hobby has to offer and participate in free workshops and demos throughout the weekend! All ticket holders can also view recorded workshops and hobby videos from previous BreyerFests as a part of our virtual event.

Please note:  Workshops and the Open Model Horse Show, both of which take place at the Alltech Arena, are the only activities taking place at the Kentucky Horse Park on Thursday, July 9th.  No other areas of BreyerFest are open on Thursday, July 9th, including guest horse stabling, the BreyerFest Store, and Celebration Park.  If you are not registered for either activity, please do not come to the Kentucky Horse Park on Thursday, July 9th. We look forward to welcoming you when gates officially open on Friday morning, July 10th. We appreciate your cooperation.

While our Celebration of Horses evening show takes a brief hiatus in 2026, we’re already working behind the scenes to bring it back better and more dazzling than ever! In the meantime, the magic continues with a renewed daytime show in the Covered Arena. We are so excited to share three-days filled with equestrian joy and community spirit.

Breyer point-of-sale operations are cash free and are subject to 6% Kentucky state sales tax.

• Cash will not be accepted at the Ticket Booth, Breyer Covered Arena Store, the Special Run Line, or at the Live and Silent Auctions.
• Raffle ticket sales will remain cash only.
• Marketplace/Swap Meet/Artisans’ Gallery vendors, food truck vendors, the Kentucky Horse Park Gift Shop, and other concession stands may have policies that vary from Breyer’s. Please plan for both.
• Payments can be made with a debit card (bank or prepaid) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). We no longer accept Discover.
• For guests who bring cash to the event, two reverse ATMs will be available onsite, located at the Ticket Booth and near the Bag Check tent, to load cash onto a prepaid Visa debit card valid for Breyer point-of-sale purchases free of charge. The Visa debit card has no expiration date and can be used anywhere a Visa debit card is accepted.
• Electronic payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay will NOT be accepted. Physical PayPal debit cards and prepaid debit cards will be accepted.

VIP ticket holders have access to the following models:

• Celebration Model – one (1) Traditional (1:9 scale) model included with ticket purchase
• Complete set of Event Stablemates models – one (1) set of four (4) Stablemates (1:32 scale) models included with ticket purchase
• Special Run models –all nine (9) models are included in the cost of the ticket and must be picked up at BreyerFest. If a Special Run model has multiple variations (ex. a matte/glossy split), you will only receive one of the possible variations for that model, not both.
• Limited Edition models – may be purchased at BreyerFest. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.

All-Access ticket holders who purchase prior to the June 4, 2026 Preference Form deadline will have access to the following models:

• Celebration Model – one (1) Traditional (1:9 scale) model included with ticket purchase
• One (1) randomly-selected Event Stablemates (1:32 scale) model (if ticket was purchased by February 27, while supplies last).
• Special Run models – models will be assigned to All-Access ticket holders based on model availability and submitted preference forms for tickets purchased prior to the above deadline. Up to two (2) different Special Run models may be purchased with each All-Access ticket.  Models are at an additional cost to the ticket price and must be picked up at BreyerFest.
• Limited Edition models – may be purchased at BreyerFest. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.
• A limited number of complete sets of Event Stablemates models will be available for purchase at BreyerFest.

All-Access ticket holders who purchase after the June 4, 2026 Preference deadline will have access to the following models:

• Celebration Model – one (1) Traditional (1:9 scale) model included with ticket purchase
• Access to remaining Special Run models – available at an additional cost, and availability not guaranteed. Special Run Wild Card tickets will be included in the QR code emailed to ticket holders. Up to two (2) different Special Run models may be purchased with each All-Access ticket.  Models are at an additional cost to the ticket price and must be picked up at BreyerFest.
• Limited Edition models – may be purchased at BreyerFest. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.

Fan ticket holders have access to the following models:

• Celebration Model – one (1) Traditional (1:9 scale) model included with ticket purchase
• Limited Edition models – may be purchased at BreyerFest. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.
• A limited number of complete sets of Event Stablemates models will be available for purchase at BreyerFest.

General Admission ticket holders will have access to the following models:

• One (1) randomly-selected Event Stablemates (1:32 scale) model
• Limited Edition models – may be purchased at BreyerFest. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.
• A limited number of complete sets of Event Stablemates models will be available for purchase at BreyerFest

All Limited Edition models, warehouse finds, BreyerFest merchandise and Breyer regular line product will be available at the BreyerFest Store in the Covered Arena. Inventory will be made available each day of BreyerFest, but may sell out early each day.

The Celebration Model is a Traditional (1:9 scale) portrait model of our main celebrity guest horse, often referred to as the “Celebration Horse,” for the year. VIP, All-Access, and Fan ticket buyers can redeem their master QR code for this model horse at either the VIP Tent or Event Model Handout, depending on your ticket type. Tickets can be redeemed at any point over the weekend, so there is no need to stand in any long lines. Your models are reserved for you.

An Event Stablemates model (1:32 scale) is included with every General Admission ticket. All-Access tickets, if bought by February 27th or while supplies last, will also receive one (1) Event Stablemates model. These models are distributed as “Gambler’s Choice” to General Admission ticket holders, meaning each ticket holder will receive one randomly-selected model from the line-up. General Admission and All-Access ticket holders can redeem their model at the Event Model Handout Tent using their master QR code. Tickets can be redeemed at any point over the weekend, so there is no need to stand in any long lines.

The purchase of multiple General Admission tickets will not guarantee you will receive a complete set at the redemption tent.  Models are distributed at random.

A complete set of Event Stablemates models is included with each VIP ticket, which will be packed in a box with all the other VIP components that can be picked up at the VIP tent any time over the weekend, not at Event Model Handout.

A Limited Edition model is the perfect addition to your collection or a great souvenir to remember this year’s BreyerFest. Limited Edition models range from Stablemates (1:32 scale) sets to Traditional (1:9 scale) portrait models, and huggable plush to home décor.  

Limited Editions are available to all ticket holders in both the Breyer Store onsite at the Kentucky Horse Park and online during BreyerFest. However, these items are limited in quantity and may sell quickly. Not all items may be available at your time of purchase, so plan to shop early to avoid disappointment!

The Special Run models of BreyerFest: Midsummer Fair take inspiration from Scandinavian culture, geography, folklore, and history. These BreyerFest-exclusive models are only available with select ticket types. These gorgeously-detailed pieces celebrate the artistry of Breyer through a variety of horse breeds, colors, and patterns.

BreyerFest: Midsummer Fair will feature nine (9) different Special Run models. Each model may or may not have included some surprises - perhaps half the run is glossy, or the entire model is a surprise – you won’t know until you unwrap it! Models are distributed at random when handed out or shipped to their new home.

Special Run models are not included with the cost of All-Access tickets and must be purchased at an additional cost during BreyerFest weekend. Special Run models for VIP tickets are paid for at the time of ticket purchase. 

• VIP ticket holders will receive one piece each of all nine of the Special Run models. If the model has a variation, you will receive only one variation at random, not one piece of each variation. VIP ticket buyers must purchase their Special Run models at the time of their ticket purchase and this selection is guaranteed.  Models must be picked up at BreyerFest using the master QR code in your ticket email.

• All-Access ticket holders may purchase up to two (2) different Special Run models per All-Access ticket purchased, whether you submit a preference form in June or not.

Guests who purchase their All-Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline on June 4th, 2026 will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form.

• Models will be assigned to these ticket holders based on their preferences and model availability, determined by their place in a virtual line.
• Accounts with multiple tickets can either submit individual preference lists for each ticket, or one master list to be used across all tickets on the account.
• Special Run redemption tickets with be emailed in the form of your master QR code(s) that can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest.
• Models must be paid for at BreyerFest.

• All-Access ticket holders who purchase their tickets after the Preference Form deadline will receive “Wild Card” Special Run tickets in the form of your master QR code(s) that can be scanned onsite at BreyerFest.

• “Wild Card” Special Run tickets are each good for one Special Run model from remaining available inventory. Not all options may be available, but with so many beautiful models to choose from, there is sure to be something everyone will enjoy.

All in-person ticket holders will all have access to the Limited Edition models during BreyerFest weekend.  Guests may purchase a limit of one (1) of each item per transaction, but there is no limit on the number of transactions you may make over the course of the weekend.

VIP, All-Access, Fan and General Admission ticket holders must pick their models up onsite. No models will be mailed.  Any unclaimed models will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

If you find that you are NOT getting emails from Breyer, it’s likely that at some point you unsubscribed from Breyer emails.  Unsubscribing from one email list unsubscribes customers from ALL our lists, so if you’re worried about getting emails, you can re-subscribe here. This way, you won’t miss any important communications!

The BreyerFest website will go live at 9 am EDT on Friday, July 10, 2026 and ticket holders will have round-the-clock access to the virtual Breyer Store, Marketplace, Artisans’ Gallery, contest photo galleries, and hours of pre-recorded content (including equestrian demos, interviews, and workshops) until 4 pm EDT on Sunday, July 12, 2026. 

A schedule for live content will be released closer to the event.

Access to BreyerFest will be through BreyerHorses.com.  Live streams, special products, and BreyerFest-specific content will be live starting Friday, July 10 at 9 am EDT. Online ticket holders must be logged into the BreyerHorses.com account with which they purchased tickets to have access to content and can click on the “BreyerFest” banner to be directed to the BreyerFest pages.

The BreyerFest Store will open at 11 am on Friday, July 10, 2026.

It is recommended that you purchase tickets on the account associated with the person who would like to attend the event.  For example - if you are purchasing two tickets to the event, one for yourself and one for another person in your household or a friend, only the account used to purchase the tickets will have access to the BreyerFest website. Tickets cannot be transferred to another account. If you wish to have multiple people logging in to view the event at the same time, it is recommended that you purchase tickets on separate accounts. BreyerHorses.com accounts are free and can be set up prior to purchasing tickets.

Ticket holders are able to purchase a limit of ONE (1) of each Limited Edition model per transaction, but can make as many transactions as they like throughout the weekend.

Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to offer shoppers.  We have increased model quantities to ensure that guests are able to purchase the models they are looking for. We recommend shopping early for the best selection of items.

Limited Edition models include special edition Traditional (1:9 scale) portrait models and a variety of models themed to the event, that typically including a Freedom Series (1:12 scale) model, a Stablemates (1:32 scale) model, a plush, a crystal horse, and other fun items exclusive to the event!

• Online Traditional Access ticket holders may purchase two (2) Special Run models per Online Traditional Access ticket purchased, from a limited selection of models being offered to this ticket group.  See the Special Run Models page to see which models you’ll have access to with this ticket type.

• Guests who purchase their Online Traditional Access tickets prior to the Preference Form deadline in June will be able to submit their Special Run preferences via online form.
