Chris Hess' San Domingo (mold #67) arrived in stores in 1978, joining a long list of Breyer models - from Misty in 1972, through Brown Sunshine in 1996 - inspired by the books of Marguerite Henry. A longtime collector favorite, San Domingo looks handsome in any color, but we feel he has always looked his best in spotted colors that hearken back to his wild Mustang heritage. In a Flaxen Chestnut Frame Overo pattern combining the Gloss finish of the past with the modern masking techniques of the present, we think Roman looks smashing in his Vintage Club debut!
